Good article. Most people don’t realise the benefits of a good detox. They tend to concern themselves about weight loss first. But a good detox (like the lemon detox diet) can speed up the metabolism, clean the system and get everything working better – i.e. making weight loss in the future much easier to achieve.

This was a great combination for me. I went on a detox before getting pregnant because I wanted the baby to have the best start to life I could give it.. and that meant a toxin-free mother! I’d recommend it to anyone.. just make sure to do it BEFORE you are pregnant.. not while..
