This book rocks the boat of status quo, and does so in quite a fascinating way. For years now we’ve been told that Cholesterol is a killer, and that we should avoid high cholesterol to avoid heart disease. Dr Lundell counters that with education, fact and experience as a thoracic surgeon.
As someone with high Cholesterol myself, this book grabbed my attention pretty much immediately. I had it bookmarked for quite some time before finally deciding to actually take a look at it, and i’m more than glad I did. The best thing about this book, other than the fact that it’s well written, well though out, and very informative is that the ideas and practices Dr Lundell talks about are things we can all, and should all do. Better yet, even if you don’t entirely agree with Dr Lundell’s ideas, you will find this book educating all the same. I will be honest, i’m not sure where i stand on the ideas mentioned in the book, however it did get me thinking, which is an important first step.
Verdict:
We gave this book a solid 5 stars. Here’s our justification: The book is highly informative and educational and talks about an issue which should be front and center in anybody over the age of 25 (or younger). The fact that it’s informative immediate gets a solid 5 star rating, and to be honest, we do believe this book to be value for money.

I know what you mean. I knew someone who was small and worked out all the time but he had high cholesterol. he could never figure it out.
i am thin and eat right yet still have high cholesterol. it is annoying!!
Wow! Now this is going to be interesting as someone is claiming the fact what most scientist and doctors has backed up. No heart disease due to cholesterol!! I am surely going to get the copy of this!!
