There’s really no major secret involved in this book. We all know about detoxing and cleansing, and chances are you’ve done it in the past. What this book does have however is a fresh way of looking at the detox method of weight loss, and that gives it a definite plus. There are debates as to whether detox diets are in fact worth whilte. Some argue that detoxing is bad, as we deprive the body of nutrients while we supposedly flush out the toxins.

Regardless of what side of the argument you find yourself on, there are plenty of people who swear by detoxing as a way to stay healthy and shed the pounds.

Verdict:

While Dr. Suzanne has written a great book here, we are only going to give it 3 stars. That’s not to say the book is no good. In fact, quite the opposite. Natural detox diets are often seen as a great way to lose weight, and Dr. Suzanne definitely hits the nail on the head with regards to methods, strategies and most importantly education. We do have concerns about the lack of reviews for this book, and more importantly, information on Dr. Suzanne herself seems to be lacking.

This product was an easy review. Green Tea is one of the worlds most popular herbal teas, and having been around for a few thousand years, is not really a big secret. For that reason, the Green Tea Purity product is actually pretty much as it claims; a tea that helps your health, boosts metabolism and aides weight loss. I want to point out that the tea itself does not aide weight loss, the faster metabolism does.

However… unfortunately, as the 5th consumer feedback (above) states, this company does have it’s darker side. We found quite a disturbing number of people who have complaints about this company with regards to their payments, cancellation of service or unauthorized debits.

Verdict:

To be honest, the product itself gets as high as 4 stars, but with the complaints about payments, we can’t trust it enough to give it more than 1 star.

The service that eDiets offer isn’t unique. There are a ton of companies that offer meals delivered to your door. So to find out the facts about eDiets we decided to look at the service from an overall-user-experience point of view. First of all, our research told us that the meals are of very high quality, good portion size and are considered great value for money. We also discovered that the more serious weight loss customers regularly used the support services to speak to dietitians, fitness experts and trainers, and had overall, very good feedback on their services. The eDiets social network interface also adds a community aspect which users found helpful in maintaining weight loss goals or acheiving them. So far so good. We did however come across a consistent complaint about eDiets. With regards to the refund policy, there is none, and a cancellation fee of $25 is charged for early cancellation within 84 days.

Verdict:

eDiets is overall a great service. We do recommend it, however be aware that there is a cancellation fee and no refunds. If you are ok with that however, definitely give this a go.

Verdict:

Resveratrol Select is relatively new compared to similar products but is quickly gaining on them because it does work. We believe that if you’re looking for a quality product, you should take Resveratrol Select under serious consideration.

It is difficult summarizing an entire research project into a few short paragraphs, especially when Tony Little has so many products. The most important thing we found during our research was the sheer intensity of the Tony Little supporter-base, most of whom have used the products with success. Tony goes much further than just offering products however, as his motivation and inspiration appear to be directly linked to people changing their lives for the better. We did come across a number of negative feedback, primarily aimed at the Tony Little TV Commercials, which are typically “infomercial” style, hype-hype-hype product sales. Looking past that however we have no reason to believe the Tony Little products don’t do as promised. In fact, our research shows great success from the Tony Little range, especially the Gazelle and his workout DVDs.

Verdict:

While the products sell themselves, and the success stories are incredible, the hype that surrounds Tony Little products works against him in our rankings.
