the body at the same time. A Doctor once said that the body is not a system it is a process.
constantly redefining and upgrading every hair, molecules, nerves, cells, glands.skin structures, outer and inner layers. It make sense because the body is always under attack it is unbelievable that we are even in the health that we are in. viruses; germs. gases and a host of enemies surrounds us all day.Eat healthy food. Exercise regularly, Read inspirational books.
watch good rated movies. drink a little wine, especially at dinner.Do not drink alcohol, drink coffee sparingly. Absolutely do not smoke. No fried food, white rice, white flour, or white sugar
