January was the first time ever I’d completed anything like this. The book is easy to read and follow — no gimmicks, straight talk and facts. Do your own research — you’ll see that everything noted in the book is accurate. As for me, the only thing I see that would prevent someone from not succeeding with this program is not following the directions EXACTLY as written. This book was a huge eye opener to me in answering my questions about feeling sluggish, weighted down with lack of overall energy or vitality. I highly recommend this book to those who want to feel good physically and mentally — I plan to do another cleanse in the fall. Good luck to you!
So, this is another product I can use for my acne treatment. I can sense they are effective on the way you describe them. I’ll give it a chance because I am so desperate to rid of this acne in my face. Although I know it takes a lot of courage, determination and patience to be able to have a flawless skin. Thank you.
